“Vokrug Sveta” Magazine

The magazine, founded in 1861 and published almost continuously ever since, is one of the oldest Russian periodicals and one of the first educational magazines in the world. Today it is a monthly magazine, published on 240 pages, with a circulation of around 200 000 copies and the audience which is classified as the third, by its size, among all monthly periodicals in Russia.
The magazine covers a wide range of subjects including natural sciences and humanities, social anthropology, major social and cultural phenomena of our time, ethnography, travel and regional studies.
The science fiction almanac POLDEN. XXI VEK
The almanac was the first periodical edition dedicated to the Russian science fiction. The Chief Editor of the almanac is the famous writer Boris Strugatsky. Size: 125x200 mm, 176 p, monthly.
Travel Guides
The VOKRUG SVETA guides are the largest travel guide series in Russia. They contain up-to-date and detailed information on Russian and foreign tourist routes, maps and colorful illustrations. Size: 107.5x198 mm
Books
In 2003 VOKRUG SVETA began the book publishing program. The first edition was the autotype of the very first VOKRUG SVETA Magazine of 1861. Nowadays the Publishing House is developing a book project that will include colorful albums, books for children and other editions.
